Steve Stine has been promoted to General Manager of Nance Steel Sales, a business of Ranger Steel. Stine most recently served as Sales Manager at the steel plate business. His appointment to General Manager is effectively immediately.
“Steve Stine has demonstrated a tremendous knowledge of the business and has deep connections with our customers by virtue of his 30-year tenure at Nance Steel Sales,” said Claus Gundlach, CEO of Ranger Steel. Stine will report directly to Gundlach. “Stine will lead the Nance Steel Sales team in promoting our expanded plate product range to existing and new customers,” noted Gundlach. The combined businesses now stock carbon steel plate in thicknesses from 3/16” to 24” and in widths up to 150”.
In addition to leading the Nance Steel Sales team, Stine will be responsible for day-to-day operations of Nance Steel Sales and will oversee sales efforts of the Midwest/North division of Nance Steel Sales. He will be based in the Southfield, Michigan office.
