Hypertherm Associates has announced the winners of its Spark Something Great educational grant. Schools across the U.S. and Canada were awarded the grant, which includes a Powermax45 SYNC air plasma system and in-person training from a Hypertherm product expert. Since launching the Spark Something Great grant program in 2015, Hypertherm Associates has donated more than $350,000 in plasma cutting systems to educators across North America. This year’s recipients are:

The Spark Something Great grant reinforces Hypertherm Associates’ commitment to educators and schools responsible for developing the skilled metal workers of tomorrow.
“For more than a decade, we put one of the most efficient metalworking technologies in the hands of students,” said Hypertherm Associates Director, Regional Marketing & Revenue Operations, Stephen Bruner. “When they gain experience with modern plasma cutting technology in the classroom, they enter the workforce more confident and better prepared to contribute on day one.”
