January, 2026- JPMorganChase opened its new global headquarters in October at 270 Park Ave., New York. The 60-story, 2.5-million-squarefoot skyscraper is the city’s largest all-electric tower with net zero operational emissions, 100 percent powered by renewable energy sourced from a New York State hydroelectric plant. The building is meant to house 10,000 employees and thousands of daily guests. Architecture firm Foster + Partners designed a fan-column structure and triangular bracing that allows the building to touch the ground lightly across the entire block.
